From the main Fishguard to Cardigan road (A487) drive into Dinas Cross and take the signed road (opposite the Mace store) to Pwllgwaelod and Brynhenllan. After about 400m there is a sharp turn left, then a sharp turn right 50m later and Rose Villa is another 50m further on the left (just at the beginning of an unsealed track, just left of a converted chapel). Some satnavs direct one into Tower Hill on the right - ignore it! Do not go down the hill! If you do - go all the way to the bottom to Pwllgwaelod beach, stretch your legs and then drive back up the hill!

Some Sat Navs direct you to Tower Hill in Brynhenllan which is a road on the RIGHT just BEFORE the unsealed track on the left for Rose Villa.

If you do go down Tower Hill, turn around back to the T-junction and you should be able to see Rose Villa across the road to the right.

The unsealed track should be kept clear at all times so that the farmer can get to and from his fields behind the cottage.
